Warrior Fitness Class
Want to bring out your inner warrior? This 50 minute heart pumping work out will sculpt your body into the chiseled warrior you’ve always wanted to be! Combining elements of Combative Cardio, Interval Training, Core Conditioning, Warrior Yoga, and Strength Training all in one action packed session.

Winter Classes:
Monday Evenings ~ 8:15pm to 9:15pm
Wednesday Evenings ~ 6:30pm to 7:30pm
Every 2nd & 4th Saturdays ~ 9am - 9:50am

Warrior Chi Kung Yoga/Chi Kung Class
Enjoy inner peace, tranquility, and healing while strengthening and stretching your body. This unique 50 minute class is based on principles of chi kung, combined with warrior yoga postures and stretching. Warrior Chi Kung is a physical and mental discipline that builds focus, increases flexibility, heals the mind and body, all while creating an inner and outer balance.

Winter Classes Begin:
Every 1st & 3rd Saturdays ~ 9am - 9:50am

Weekly Chi Kung Classes
