Kaizen 2010

Kaizen 2010 will take place on July 10 and 11, one hour north of
Lindsay, Ontario, Canada at a lakeside resort. This beautiful resort is located
in the heart of cottage country with it's own private lake, and is surrounded by
a rich coniferous and birch wood forest. The rocky outcroppings of the Canadian
Shield gives the area character, and a serene energy that is sure to sooth your soul
while it energizes your body and spirit.
This year's Kaizen will
focus on the Void element and will be explored from both the internal and
external
side of the art. Common with the family feeling and nature of Kaizen,
we will also be focusing on team development skills, bringing everyone in the ryu together for a great celebration of both the past and the future.

Kaizen 2010 is "all inclusive" event and costs include the following:
- Your accommodations for Friday and Saturday nights
- Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Sunday breakfast and lunch
- All Kaizen activities on both days
As stated above, the accommodations for Kaizen 2010 are included with the event. We have booked an entire building for our group to share. The building overlooks the lake and consists of bedrooms (with private bathrooms), a large common area with fireplace, TV and seating areas. There are two types of bedrooms available. The first room style includes a twin bed and a twin bunk bed. The second room style consists of a double bed and a double futon. All bedding and towels are included.

One of the highlights of Kaizen 2010 is the Ropes Leadership Program. This program will challenge each participant to expand their comfort levels with the encouragement of their team in a fun and supportive environment. Considering our ninjutsu heritage, this two hour program will be a literal "ninja playground" twenty feet up in the air!
This program will be guided by the highly trained resort staff, with great attention to detail and safety. Everyone will have the opportunity to stretch themselves whether in mind set, physical, or by overcoming fears. Keep in mind that we'll all be working together, and together we'll help to lovingly push each other to grow and achieve new heights, and goals.
